PARIS (AP) — A cardiac problem that jeopardises Virimi Vakatawa's health when playing elite rugby has forced the France center to end his career.

PARIS (AP) — Test center Virimi Vakatawa has been forced to end his professional career in France, his Racing 92 club said on Monday.
The medical committee of the National Rugby League, which manages the French pro game, told Paris-based Racing it was forbidding Vakatawa from continuing his professional career in the country.
TOKYO (AP) — Replacement Baptiste Couilloud's try in the 71st minute snatched France a 20-15 win over Japan in the second rugby test and a 2-0 series win at the National Stadium on Saturday.
Japan led until that point with two tries to fullback Ryohei Yamanaka but France rallied to take the match with 13 unanswered points in the second half.
