Upland Software: Q2 Earnings Snapshot
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) _ Upland Software Inc. (UPLD) on Wednesday reported a loss of $16.4 million in its second quarter.
The Austin, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 52 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 55 cents per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 45 cents per share.
The maker of cloud-based enterprise work-management software posted revenue of $80.2 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $79.4 million.
For the current quarter ending in October, Upland Software said it expects revenue in the range of $75.7 million to $81.7 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $310.5 million to $322.5 million.
