ModivCare: Q2 Earnings Snapshot
DENVER (AP) _ ModivCare Inc. (MODV) on Thursday reported second-quarter net income of $3.3 million.
The Denver-based company said it had profit of 24 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.99 per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.43 per share.
The provider of government-sponsored social services posted revenue of $631.5 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $584.8 million.
ModivCare expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.38 billion to $2.4 billion.
