3D Systems: Q2 Earnings Snapshot
ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) _ 3D Systems Corp. (DDD) on Monday reported a loss of $33 million in its second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Rock Hill, South Carolina-based company said it had a loss of 26 cents. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, came to 7 cents per share.
The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was breakeven on a per-share basis.
The maker of 3D printers posted revenue of $140 million in the period, also falling short of Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $149.1 million.
3D Systems expects full-year revenue in the range of $530 million to $570 million.
